On Monday it was athletics day at school. We had activities like high jump, long jump, shot put, and sprints. My favorite part is the fun throw because we could throw different stuff. Something I want to get better at is high jump because I want to jump so high.

Last week was Mari Lagrange Week. We made some koru art. We had to use warm colors and cool colors. I like the purple, blue and green of the cool colors. Next time I would do another pattern on the warm colors.

Here are my group’s Lego Tower. We had to build a tower and then our teacher shook them on a board like an earthquake. All of them fell. We had to rebuild them but make changes to improve them. They lasted longer the second time.

 

Last week we had some visitors from Corban Estate Art Centre come to show us how to make 3D paper art.

We made volcanoes.

I like that I put some rocks on.

Next time I would probably remove the thing that looks like a bridge.
